"Placed an order online through google and they are out of everything I ordered. Google says call the store for cancellation but they stated the only way to do it is online when google clearly states to call them to cancel. I’m Basically paying for food I don’t even won’t due to the fact there is no way for me to get my money back. Terrible customer service and uneducated workers."

"Horrible attitude from the employees. Worst people I’ve ever encountered, especially the lady with the hair on her chin. She had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Carolyn was the only decent one. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place to eat on earth. Trashy employees."

"We didn't eat here because the employees were rude. The place was dirty. They were rude to customers in line. A gentleman had ordered on line and was still waiting for his food. When we got tired of listening to the employee belittling the customer. Not even 1 of the employees acknowledged that we were there. So we left and went to KFC."

"I'm from Texas so I was excited to try this food. I was not impressed. They tried really hard and I appreciate the effort my server gave me. Very polite and I had plenty of tea! food was crispy but lacked the Texas kick I am used to. My mother made the best chicken so the standard to impressing me has been set high."
