"Just to give you a heads up in the Drive-Thru if the person in front of you has a very large order they will not ask them to pull up so you can get your small order. You'll have to sit behind the person with a large order for 15 or 20 minutes while they just sit at the window"

"Bought a box and did not come with Guthrie's sauce. I caught that in the drive thru. So I get all the way back to work and realize they did not give me my bread. Get it together Guthrie's or your gonna end up like all the other closed restaurants in Prattville!!"

"Wife and I both individually ate here on two separate occasions. Made us both sick each time where the one in East Chase never did despite us eating there many times. I think there’s an issue with how long the food sits out or not proper preparation."
