"Some of the best food around. Friendly staff. Sitting outside on the deck having lunch with a breath taking view, you couldn't ask for more. I've made it my favorite place to go every week. You have got to try this place out and please bring your friends and family."
"Wow. What a disappointment. Moved up here almost a year ago and have been wanting to try. Finally tonight was the night. So we get there and fall in love with the place, so cool. The view on the patio is amazing. We played the cool little paper game. There were only two other customers there drinking beer and shooting pool. Awesome, not a fan of a full crowded bar. I get a jack and coke and she gets a coke. My drink was light on the jack and definetly watered down. No big deal. We order food and I take the waitresses recommendation on the cowboy burger. The old lady gets the marsh burger. We were told by our waitress that there was no coleslaw or potato salad but we could choose fries, onion rings or cheese sticks. So I get cowboy burger with onion rings as my offered side. My lady gets marsh burger with cheese sticks as offered side.after at least a half hour we get our food. Mediocre at best and the highly recommended bun was nothing more than a ball of carbs with no flavor. So after the waitress finishes her game of pool we get the check.$46! I signed and left a ten dollar tip before the price registered in my mind. I ask the server and she brings an itemized receipt this time. I was charged $8 for my offered side of cheese sticks.and charged a couple bucks for the onion rings. The waitress asks some lady who tells us burger only comes with fries( not what their menu says or what waitress offered us. The lady states it was the waitresses mistake. So screw me right. I pay an extra ten dollars for the food and a ten dollar tip. $56 dollars. What a joke. I feel cheated out of my money. I highly recommend that if you never been to The Marsh, DO NOT GO! CHEATS."
"The staff were friendly, there was plenty of parking, and the food tasted good. There was also an amazing view and a little gator was swimming down in the water below us. It was nice sitting outdoors on the second floor."
"Great visit! We were driving through and happened upon the place. We had the shrimp poboy, the catfish fillet, and the Marsh Burger. Everything was great. We arrived at 3:30 so only the manager was there. She stopped what she was doing and took great care of us. If anyone ever got bad service I'm sure they probably were being a problem. I treated the staff with respect and my whole party was treated well."
"Ok, look, this is a new establishment in town, and let me tell you, I do greatly appreciate it's opening. The beer is cold (they are waiting on the liquor license), the atmosphere is welcoming and down home bar-like. However, and I had such high hopes for this place when we came in here (maybe that was my bad)...but the food is incredibly overpriced for what you get. We both got wings, garlic parmesan and mango habanero. The flavors were great! The size???? Huge miss. For $1 per wing..they had better be some nice wings..I would feel bad asking ¢10 per wing for what we got. I've had appetizers that were bigger than this meal. Don't get me wrong, I'll come in here and drink your beer and play pool and have a wonderful time, but unless something changes drastically in the food.. I'll eat at home. They seem like they'll be super involved in the community going on's and I truly hope they have success here. Best of luck."
