"I have never receive bad food from Jack’s but this location in Millbrook is the worst, my order was a 2 piece dinner, the chicken must have been twice fried because it was taste old and stale, the mash potatoes was watery consumption with gravy on top, the greens was the only thing that was good, the biscuit was a hard scone, I asked for sweet tea the lady said you want regular sweet tea right, my response was yes….. Clearly regular tea is Sweet Tea in the south…. I took a sip of the tea and wasn’t sweet at all. Clearly, I wasted money on a whole meal and will never return to location ever."

"I ordered the two cheeseburgers meal. My family ordered chicken strips meals. I got exactly what I ordered but no care at all was put into making the food. My cheese wasn't even melted. The Dr pepper was flat and had to be changed to something different. And considering no other customers inside or out the were a bit slow too. I would also suggest a different kind of cheese. It tastes like it's trying to be McDonald's cheese but just ain't quite right yet."

"First off poor customer service all the staff are black and ratchet when I walked to the front register the young lady only asked me if I'm dining in or taking out instead of welcoming me 1st.I proceed to give her my order put the money in her hand after I waited to get my food another person behind me a white gentlemen gave her his order and laid his money on the counter. She called him sir so when I got my chicken I mistakenly thought it was old but she quickly called me out explaining to me that we cook hot chicken baby, and gave me a dirty look so I asked her don't call me baby I said if you can call the white guy (sir) I deserved to be called sir too."

"I’m amazed a fast food place can feel this cozy. The bacon big jack and fries were perfect and well seasoned. I wish we had these in Pensacola!"

"Stopped in for a quick breakfast and was BEYOND impressed. The line was long but MAN did it move quick! We ordered a few pancakes combos and one sausage gravy and biscuit breakfasts and was FULL FULL FULL!! Food was HOT and DELICIOUS! Not to mention the PRICE POINT....was ON POINT! IWHO? Jack's is my new favorite quick breakfast joint."
