"I had been to the old place and was so impressed that I wanted to try it after they moved. I'm not sure how to say it real nice but I was disappointed. The service wasn't near as good. My hamburger steak was a disappointment. The flavor was alright, but it wasn't hot. I asked my waitress, and she said they were precooked but kept in a warmer. I thought maybe if I asked about the food not being hot I would get a little response but didn't get hardly an apology, and she said at least the service was good. And really it wasn't great. Hopefully, they were just having a bad day, and it won't be a trend. I'll try again at some point to see."
"Now that Front Porch has moved to new location, they have doubled their seating capacity. These folks have worked so hard to get this new place up & running! The food is still delicious, the prices are very reasonable, & the staff are hard-working & friendly. If you want good home-cooking & great meat & 3, this is the place for you! You cannot beat their lunch senior plates--drink, smaller entree, 3 sides, & dessert for $7.50! Nothing wrong with atmosphere, but with larger seating area, it's just naturally loud."
