"Great service walking in the door. Greeted with winning smiling faces. Location clean well kept. There needs to be something done about the water in the parking lot. Not good for customers nor employees."

"Got to Love Taco Bell, The only thing is if they will get their hours right.. Taco Bell is always the late night place to go but you never know when you can go. Other than that I think we have a great one here in Wetumpka... I have Never had any problems"

"For the 2nd week in a row on Sat. And Sun. During the middle of the daytime working busy meal hours. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had 2 employee's present. The drive-thru speaker was on. We pulled up, the lady, said "ThankYou, for stopping at TacoBell, due to under staffed we are closed". Ok, makes NO sense, so why is anyone even there? When we asked this, we were told " To get paid". Personally, having worked in the fast food industry, 2 people could and should have been fully capable of running the drive-thru only. Just close the lobby.I mean if your being paid??So we ask for a home office contact. We were told," It don't matter," we ask for the employee's name,and once again, we were told,"It don't matter".That is a horrible way to run a business. Terrible work ethic, "IF" that was a manager. Which would most likely be the case. I would NOT, have that person as a employee ,DEFINITELY NOT A MANAGER!!! If it were possible to rate a ZERO, For service, that's what it would be. We love Taco Bells food.BUT!! This location is realling suffering."
