"The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. In my opinion Subway trains their staff to make the sandwiches backwards. Here's what I mean: at every location they put mayo and salt & pepper on the meat... This is the making of a dry sandwich. Mayo should go on the bread, oil and vinegar, salt & pepper should be on the veggies. The meats are already salted. Just my opinion."

"If I could leave no stars I would! I’m very upset and will be filing a complaint with cooperate. My sandwich was completely wrong and on top of which the staff was extremely rude! I then called and voiced my concerns and the manager was extremely rude to me! I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t go get my own food so I had someone get it for me and this is how I was treated. When I say the staff was rude I mean they were rude to the person that came and picked up my food! Your manager needs to be fired. If you can’t manage a store with respect and can’t handle customers correctly then you don’t need to be in the restaurant business and most certainly not in management"
"Can't ever get an order right. Always arguing and having to let them know what comes on the sandwiches like "I" work there. You can literally ask for a sandwich and request what comes on the sandwich of how it's advertised and they wouldn't know. Poor staff and training. I have to look things up to let them know how to make a sandwich that's on their menu."
