"The food was terrible I got a baked potato that was so hard I couldn’t eat it ! How hard is it to bake a potato ? I will never eat at that Wendy’s again ! There employees dont care ! They didn’t have a 0 to rate the food that’s why I put nothing !"

"I ordered the ghost pepper sandwich and they made it wrong three times! First time I got a regular chicken sandwich with lettuce-wrong- Went back in told them second time. They made it the same way and it was cold. Third time. It was slightly warmer and it was disappointing"

"Drive thru - ordered Baconator combo, no ketchup, medium drink. I can't stand ketchup but it was there and the fries had no salt and were almost cold when I got home - totally unedible. The medium diet coke was good. I'll just stick to McDonald's from now on. In addition, the time before tonight I ordered a large unsweet tea - I should have tasted it before I put sweet and low in it because it was sweet tea."

"10/8/2023 Drive through. Ordered Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. Drink. The chicken in the salad was like a chicken jerky. Very dry, tasted off. Couldn't eat it. No straw for the drink. Employee was bothered to be working by her demeanor. Wasted my money. The burger I ordered had no flavor, a dot of mustard and smelled like fish. Couldn't finish it either. Terrible experience. Made me sick later ."
