"Grossest Jacks in town now. Dining room had trash on the floor and multiple dirty tables. Towels shoved under the drink station are a health code violation. Young lady that is on the register has the worst attitude and doesn't know the menu. Tried to tell the elderly couple after me they don't have a Special during breakfast."

"I had placed a mobile order for a burger and large fries, I get to the speaker and tell them I have a mobile order and that I would like a side of ranch and a side of honey mustard, a lady than replied “we don’t have any sauces”! I said okay that’s fine than got to the window got my food and they gave me small fries, i than drove back around to tell them I had a large, she said drove around with an attitude like I did something wrong, I drove around and the heavy set lady/manager gave me a half full regular size fry container and had the most awful attitude and when I received the bag I said thank you and she slammed the window in my face & I was being so kind it’s ridiculous I had a horrible experience at this place and won’t be back!!!"
