Left my car with them on a Thursday, they said repairs should be done by Monday. Well here comes Monday and not only do they tell me that repairs won't be done til next week, they don't even know what's wrong with it despite us telling multiple people what we needed repaired which means no one even looked at it. I understand if you're backed up on repairs but just give me a straight answer to begin with!"
