"I spent almost $30 in the drive thru. The person that took my order had absolutely no personality. I ordered the Big BLT but it came with no tomatoes nor mayo & of course I found out once I got home. However, after waiting for almost 10 minutes to get our food the girl did say have a nice night."

"Lady that took my order at the drive through sounded like she didn't want to be there. I ordered three large combos and when I pulled up to the window, the man working the window told thebwoman that brought my drinks to get a cup hopder and she seemed to ignore him. At least the food was good."

"Prattsville, AL. My husband likes fast food, bless his heart, and he thought this was a Jack in the Box. It’s a fried chicken place. No greeting, the kitchen looked clean but not the front counter (my husband and I have worked in restaurants); good green beans but the chicken, biscuit, potatoes and gravy lacked flavor; the meal was a good price with a large juicy chicken breast. The person on duty slammed trays down on the counter, did not do eye contact so my husband didn’t know who she was talking to; she got the order wrong and didn’t know how to cancel it so her supervisor stepped in. Dining area was very cold but the fireplace was going."

"This Jacks was super disappointing. The store was not clean. We stood in line behind one other customer when we finally got up to place our order there was no acknowledgment that we were standing there. Finally someone came to take our order. There was no soda products available. The credit card reader was only taking tap cards. I give most places another chance but this is a store I will never stop on again. They need to clean up their act!"
