"I don’t expect much while dining at Waffle House, I’m even okay with bad customer service, but we didn’t even get the bare minimum tonight. Tonight with multiple employees, we waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There were only 3 occupied tables including us. When we did order, I asked for gravy to which Crystal, our waitress, said “we may not have any made, I’ll check”. She never asked the cook (we were sitting at the bar in front of the cook) and she never told me that they didn’t have gravy/would not cook gravy. If I had known that, I would’ve ordered something different! When she called our order, no mention of gravy. She also never wrote it down on our ticket. We had to ask several times to get our coffee refilled. Service was terrible and slow for all customers dining in. To top it all off, someone ordered gravy about 15 minutes after I did and she again told them “we don’t have gravy made”, but the cook overheard and made that customer gravy! Our waitress, Crystal, avoided us and other customers like the plague. The cook and her were arguing throughout the night. I’ve been to this Waffle House location before while ONE employee was working, doing both the cooking and waiting on several customers, and it was a very good experience overall. Tonight was such a disappointment."

"I tell you what this has got to be one of the most efficient waffle houses I’ve been in. it was clean I sat down I ordered my food and it came so fast I was like magic, then I started watching other people as they started coming in. There’s a full house in here and I don’t think anybody waited more than 2-3 minutes for their food it seemed. Felicia was a great waitress."

"Like many of you, I have been eating at Waffle House since I was a child with my parents taking me throughout my teen years, etc. In College and into my adult life, I can't tell you time after time after time, the service, atmosphere and food is the same great tasting food regardless of location. Kudos guys, Robby Duty"
