"Had a wonderful experience overall at Bliss Bridal! I’m only writing this because anything I spend alot of money on good or bad needs a review to help others in the choosing/ buying process. The first woman that helped us (Feb 21st, 2022) was very hands on, friendly, gave wonderful tips and helped a lot with the process, we bought the dress. The second time we went to pick up the dress (July 1st, 2022) there was no sincere cheery greeting, the two young girls working the desk were stuck up. BB is in the industy to make women feel good about themselves (period). The wedding dress shopping experience is all about emotions, confidence and self-esteem. I’m someone who doesn’t need validation that I look pretty or what looks good on me, but someone else may need that... it would have been nice to receive more attention during the experience we spent a few thousands of dollars on. Regardless, I’m going to continue recommending your business, I liked how the dresses were categorizes, but it wasn’t above and beyond service.
