"I shopped here recently for my new grandson and I went to exchange $45 pajamas for a bigger size, they wouldn’t accept an exchange because I’d gone 5 days past the 30 day exchange policy! I’m so disappointed because I have many more items to purchase but I won’t risk it. We’re always being pounded with “shop local” but with these policies you don’t make it easy. I found exactly the same kissy kissy clothing on Amazon so I’ll shop there with free returns."

"Tiny Town has a great selection of nice children's clothes, but I did not have a positive experience there with the customer service. I wanted to exchange two gifts with receipts that I had received at a baby shower but was unable to do so. Exchanging a gift purchased at the Mobile location is not an option, and the staff also cited their policy of a 30-day time period for returns/exchanges. It was a few weeks beyond the 30 days, and it did not matter to them that I live in another state. I can appreciate a small business enforcing policies that they have in place, but I expected better customer service since I don't live there and wanted to do exchanges rather than returns. Due to this experience, I don't plan to shop there on future trips to Fairhope/Mobile, but for those who live in that area and can easily visit, the stores are worth checking out."
