I had to drag it out of her, but she said she came into your store, spent about 30 minutes looking around and was completely ignored. I'd hate to think this is the normal level of customer service you provide."

"I’m really big On customer service and I was very disappointed on theirs. The first time I walked in, I was not greeted, spoke to, nothing. I shopped for about 10 minutes then left. Decided to come back because something caught my eye, still no greet when I walked in again. Then I’m at the rack looking and who I thought was a customer because she was all In my space pretty much forcing me to move over so she could put something up and still didn’t ask did I need help with anything."
