"Placed an order through the Shop app. A day or two after the order was placed it said it had shipped. No tracking number given and when I wrote to get it, I was given the tracking number for a pkg I had recd from another company on the day I placed an order with Things Galore. They told me the pkg was received and asked if I got it. I emailed them with screen shots and I never heard from them. Sent another email and still no response. Before contacting my credit card company I checked with who was to be the recipient if they received the pkg and they hadn’t. I disputed the charge and credit issued. Buyer beware."
