"I would give less than a 1 if it would let me. Went through drive thru the bill was $12.86 gave the person $22.86. Tell me why she hands me .14 cents and then when i told her she owed me $10 dollars she snapped on me said i didn’t give her no $20 dollars and to get out her window and go park while she counts her drawer down because she’s the general manager and she just knows she’s right and i’m wrong. Like are you freaking kidding me???Well guess what I was right! I don’t appreciate working all day and then getting screamed at by a manager over my money i worked for. While the window was closed she was telling the other employees that i was making a scene over “just $10 dollars!!!” Yes ma’am I was because this day and age i need every penny I worked for period. Don’t Go Here!!! extremely rude!!"

"I have always loved Arby's but my last 2 visit have been awful. The service was lousy and the food was not put together properly. On my last visit if I hadn't noticed them doing my order wrong I would of had to return to the store."

"My crinkle fries were the most dried out room temp waste of money ! They tasted older than two days as if they had been sitting out somewhere. Pieces of over done fries were thrown in there, as well ! Looked liked broken off pieces of old, curly fries. Pitiful serving this food to a paying customer."

"well now w a coupon I can get 2 r beefs for $6.00, I got 3 of those = 6 sandwiches, now it's worse, I barely got about half of the meat, maybe 3/4 of what I should of received on every sandwich. I think I'm about to give up"
