"Their store is going downhill for sure. You can tell they will be closing within a few years. The store was a bit empty with inventory. Employees were friendly and place was organized and clean. I miss the old Rue21, but thanks to Covid-19, shopping is mostly online now."

"There was this girl working in the store named Catherine and my mom brought my autistic sister in to buy some clothing and she made us feel so uncomfortable following us around like we would steal and I’m not sure but I think she snapped a pic of us and she seemed to be uncomfortable being in the store alone I didn’t feel that I was threatening looking but maybe being black is threatening enough so I advised my mom not to even buy anything she still brought some bras but put the other things back take your business elsewhere"

"Great clearance, $3 bras, $3 loungy pants. $60 on trend outfit top/bottom. Clerks were fine. Good music. Need to clean the place. If you're wondering where all the movie/yesteryear candy is, they have it here. Weird for a clothing store. Saw this 3 ft. tall tube o' Laffy Taffy haha didn't know they still made that. So if you get hungry, you're covered."

It is worth a look if you are looking for items that many might be wearing. When I went there staff answered questions and were friendly. They were also helpful when asked for specific items."
