"I used to go to this location a couple times a week, due to the convenience of the location. Now I rarely go. Over the last 6 months or so, I have become more and more displeased with it. It seems like the drive-thru wait has gotten much longer. The coffee NEVER tastes the same, despite it being the same order. One of the last times I went, I paid for extra syrup, to ensure it wasn’t bitter, only for it to have little to no syrup. It was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever received from them, EVER and certainly did not contain extra syrup. The inconsistency of the taste of the drinks is very frustrating."

"This review is specifically for the employee named Johnny Davis! Mr Davis was very professional the night I went through for my coffee. He noticed I was a nurse and thanked me for what I do. The recognition meant a lot to me and he took the time to be personal with his customer. Thank you Johnny!"

"Went through the drive thru in dead middle of traffic today to get a coffee bc it’s been a long day and I’m tired. Apparently, the little girl in the drive thru is also having a hard day, which is fine, however having an attitude with the customers who drive thru I’m 100% positive isn’t in her job description. I asked her if I had done something to cause her to have such an attitude with me considering I’d just pulled up and immediately been asked to wait, which I did patiently. When she said no, I just asked why there was such a need for her attitude then and she told me to get out of her drive thru and refused to give me her name. I just think if you’re gunna tell me to get out of “your drive thru” then you ought to have enough stance behind it to tell me your name too. I’ve never had an issue here before, however, this girl may need a little more training on what customer service entails."

"The man and woman working the drive thru were very unfriendly. I asked for a pup cup (where every other location I’ve been to serves them) and they stated they “don’t do pup cups”. I had a pretty large order for my family and the woman speaking cut me off before I was finished ordering. I was one of two in line, so they weren’t busy. The man taking my card was very unfriendly also. Very disappointed in this location."

"I have been very disappointed in this location lately. The donuts are never fresh. I went and got munchkins this morning and they tasted awful. You could tell they were days old and been refrigerated. So many donut stores around Birmingham area that have fresh donuts made daily."
