"Appointment scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The technician called me at 7:20 in the morning and said he was able to come early I asked him if he could come at 8:15 and he said no. The lack of compromise is the epitome of poor customer service...........UPDATE: Monday came and went, then Tuesday.....NO CALL......Feb. 25 still no call. Awesome customer service!"

Zach came to my mom’s house last year for a shrieking, squeaking, squealing dryer. After making his diagnosis, we ordered the parts and when they came in after a few weeks, he dropped by and installed them. No muss, no fuss, no drama. A couple of months ago, our dryer started the same thing. We called, Zach ordered the parts, and came by today to install. Clean, pleasant, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the dryer apart, installed the rollers and belt, got it back together, checked it out, cleaned up and both Zach and the dryer were ready to go! A super easy group to work with; punctual, proficient and all about customer service. I highly recommend them to all."
