Mobile Appliance

"I see someone ordered and received a speed queen on 11/28 and it was delivered 2 days later. We ordered ours from them the 1st week of November and then added pedestals. We still HAVE NOT received and they say they have no idea when it is supposed to arrive, though it was promised November 27th and then December 5th. They wanted us to pay with a check or cash. I used a credit card and was charged an extra fee. Now I wonder if I need to ask for a refund or just dispute the charges. I have called several times and they don't answer or return calls. They did call back today and spoke with my husband only to say they have escalated inquiry, but don't have our machines or know when they will arrive. Very disappointing."

Not only are their prices better than Lowe’s, Home Depot and big box stores but they are friendly, helpful and all about customer service. They recently resolved an issue we had due to a mistake we made measuring for our new dishwasher. They exchanged the appliance and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them!!"

The refrigerator did not cool right out if the box and after 2 days I finally received a text that someone out of Bessemer might be available almost a week from now to tell me that the refrigerator is defective. Do not buy anything from this business."
