"Staff at this location aren’t properly trained. I heard the Barista asked a co-worker how to make a customer’s drink. I placed an order for a simple-CUSTOMIZED drink, and another employee asked me if I wanted milk in my drink! If I wanted milk in my drink, I would’ve added it to my order. She seemed oblivious with the menu and ingredients. I saw another employee carelessly adding and pouring ingredients to cups without ensuring for correct amounts. Sure enough, they got my order wrong and my friend’s. Don’t waste your time and money at this Starbuck’s."

"It was alright i guess, kinda expected the drink i got to have more flavor? Might just be me, payment options is not easy if you're from a different country as your card might not work which was my issue, until i could use the tap function. The workers there was alright. Also ordered a larger drink and got a small one. All in all an ok experiance."

"Note: this Starbucks location will not take refillable coffee mugs, contributing to the already abundant amount of trash in the world. There is a coffee shop around the corner in the airport that will take your coffee thermos. It’s 2022 and I no longer publicly support single-use only businesses."

"Horrible experience with his place. Customer service 0 stars. If you want to miss your flight go to this Sturbucks. The lady making the drink took so long to prepare the drink..oh I was the only customer. She was on the phone talking the whole time and she didn't make the drink correctly. Super water down, no Carmel on the sides but on top. Asked for 2 shots of expreso she put one. Disappointed with this place. Ohh first they take your order and then they tell you that their card payment machine doesn't work and you can only use the bar code on the app alone.... Imagine if it took 10-15 min at 630 am with one person I can't imagine during the busy times!"

"I like this Starbucks best! It is one of 3) Starbucks located at BHM airport. This one is on the public side near baggage claim belts 1 & 2 in the lower level terminal. They stay open to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday. I have never had a bad order. The barista is spot on & the free Wifi is really good too."
