"Called almost three weeks ago about fixing our washing machine. That afternoon, I'm amusing the technician called. I explained what it was doing. He said he would have to get the parts the next day. The next day, I got ahold of him, and he said the parts had to be ordered and that they were swamped. So he wasn't sure if it would be the next day or so before he got to us. I completely understand having a big workload. But here it is almost three weeks later and we haven't heard a peep out of them. I guess we were forgotten about or our business isn't good enough."
