"We decided to sit at the bar due to no tables available. Next, we were acknowledged and told I'll be right w/you a few times. However, we noticed a pattern the regular customers were treated much better than the non-regular customers. For instance, this regular in particular came in like she owned the place. This regular shouted out to the crew by name, and the crew yelled/answered back across the grill, their assigned customers, waiting customers, or whatever. My order was not exactly correct, but I didn't want to start over. Strongly emphasis: if you're a regular you will get more attention and better service. This was disrespectful, not appreciative of non-regulars at all. We didn't have to patronize/support this restaurant or location. How can a non-regular become a regular w/ that mentality? This wasnt the right energy for me. It was not a good experience. Welp, it was an experience at Waffle House. However, one I will not repeat."

"Service is always friendly at this location and it’s in a good area of town. Great place to stop and eat before taking kids to the pet store. Restrooms were clean. Service was quick and food is consistently delicious year over year. Bring a jacket if you get cold easily because WHs are always freezing to fight off the humid heat!"

"I would say this location is one of the best in Mobile. We went on a busy Saturday morning, and we were well taken care of. Our waitress was very nice, the manager was also very nice and was checking in on everyone periodically. Food was great!"
