"This is a little place that offers good drinks and food for locals. Tasty country cooking and lots of vegetables on the menu to choose as sides. Prices were reasonable and drinks were good. Different specials available almost every day."

"The Royal Knight is a dimly lit dive bar that serves great lunches. It’s never busy so easy to get in and out quickly. During the week they have daily specials but the menu items are also good. They specialize in typical southern cuisine. My son loves the pork chops or chicken bites. The pork chops come with sides and the chicken bites (small fried white meat pieces) are more of an appetizer but you get plenty. Dipped in bbq they are amazing. I’ve tried their spaghetti and their hamburger steak and both are really good. The hamburger steak is a regular menu item but the spaghetti isn’t. Highly recommend for a good lunch."

"This was our first visit. The food was very good. The service was fine. The building is very old and it’s somewhere you might not stop if you didn’t have the reviews about the good food. We’re glad we came and we’ll be back. The beef tips were really great. Only negative food comment was the black eyed peas were odd - just a weird spice."

"Small, basic bar restaurant with food service but don't be fooled. Three of us had a wonderful breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Food was served quickly and the food was hot. Highly recommend the sausage patties and the omelet! Great service, food was excellent and the bathrooms are clean!"

"I’ve passed by this place a million times and never stopped. My friend wanted to brunch today and suggested Royal Knight and I said “let’s give them a try”! And I must say…. This place did not disappoint! I had The hamburger steak with mushroom gravy, turnips, white Lima beans, and cornbread and it was seasoned and delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 8/10. My friend had wings (they were 50 cents) and they were good as well. The manager/owner Ginger was nice and welcoming. Most definitely will be back and recommend."
