"Had 80 year old wiring replaced to a ceiling fan, two outlets a porch light and switch set. Work was done quickly and they did an amazing job. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. 10/10"
"Torie Milks and his crew from Wolverine Electrical did an outstanding job of installing a Generac generator for us. Torie coached us through the bureaucratic process of getting Consumers Energy to upgrade our gas meter. Then Torie and his team installed our generator in two days - one day for site prep (setting the pad, burying the connecting gas and electric lines), plus one day to install and test the generator. Because our existing home WiFi had weak coverage, Tori made additional trips to our house to help us install a WiFi extender, and get the WiFi-based Generac monitoring app working properly. We are VERY happy with with the generator Torie and his team from Wolverine Electric installed, and they will be our first go-to for our next electrical project."
"Wolverine electric gets an A+ in every regard. Their response was prompt, their analysis of any issues were spot-on, they made sure everything came out right and most importantly their electricians were a pleasure to work with and get to know. When they left they cleaned up and you never have known that they were here other than our fixture looks perfect."
"I highly recommend Wolverine Electrical Grand Rapids team for your next residential electrical project. On the day of the estimate, John listened to the high level project goals then narrowed in on the critical details. He provided professional insights and clear explanations which helped inform the direction of the critical, second-level, and 'nice-to-have' items. John was impressively detail oriented and committed to deliver the best outcomes within our budget. On installation day, John, Chris and Nick quickly and efficiently started working on installing an electrical sub-panel, whole house surge protector, one 240v outlet, nine 120v outlets and four switch outlets (all outlet/switch wiring are in EMT conduit which was also installed). They knocked all this out in a single day with an impressive level of craftsmanship and eye for the details. The results far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier! Throughout the day they answered a few follow-up questions I had and at the end of the day they clearly took us through the work. Torie and Maranda in the office are responsive, happy to answer any questions and work out the logistics so everything goes smoothly on the estimate and install days. I highly recommend Wolverine Electrical GR and will plan to use them on our next electrical project. ~Andrew"
"The Heritage Square Association, Inc in Wyoming had a good first encounter when our smoke detectors were installed. At that time, a tech approached us about security cameras. They didn't specialize in them, we learned. They bought solar powered cameras that have not met our needs. Then we had electricity go out to two of our carports. The 2 techs arrived without calling to say they were on our property. They found an underground electric wire that had shorted out. The same 2 techs arrived again a couple days later but failed to call until after they cut through a water line for our sprinkling system. If they had called, I probably could have told them that the water pipe with the vacuum valve that stands above ground very close to where they dug, should be respected. Instead, after the lawn was flooded, the tech called me. I told his supervisor that our sprinkler system contractor had to repair the line. Instead he had the same techs return to repair it. Again, they didn't call, but made a very poor repair. When our sprinkler guys came, they found an improper repair that was leaking. I promised a small claims law suit against wolverine if they didn't pay for the repair done by our guys. A manager called to finally say they would pay the bill but they have failed to do so. Steer clear of this company."
