"This is a thin long park along the channel on the opposite side of the Channel Lane Park. There are plenty parking spots at the entrance on the Chester Street and you can walk all the way to the south pierhead."

"The Chester Street Park is located on the south side of the pier. It consist of a small parking lot, a sidewalk, boardwalk and walkway along the channel leading to Lake Michigan. It is a beautiful walk & is lightly visited especially compared to the north walkway. A few benches and pit toilets are also available."
