"I order a porter house steak to go… I asked for well done.. I hate to see pink meat yuck.. I’m about to put it in the oven to see will it be better"

"The bartender was ridiculously bad. She would acknowledge your requests and then just completely ignore them. Asked to have my drinks on a separate ticket from my food, she agreed and then didn't do it. Waited so long for her to return after dropping off my ticket that I just accepted that she wasn't going to do it. Then I asked for a receipt, to which she repeated my request and said "sure". Then she disappeared. I finally just left. Tried to call back to talk to the manager, but no one picked up. Not surprised actually. I hope other's experiences are better, but I certainly don't recommend this place."

"Our server at this location did a great job despite the restaurant being obviously short staffed. The host however seemed extremely annoyed that anyone would want to come in and eat. This person's bad attitude pretty much killed the experience. There was a very long wait for our table, which is fine, as I said the restaurant was short staffed, and that is hard to avoid sometimes. What is unacceptable is having someone at the door that makes customers feel like their presence is an inconvenience. Finally, the food was pretty mid compared to Outback experiences in the past. Quality is way down as prices continue to rise. Also, a family member ordered a medium rare steak and received a very well done steak. We had been there so long already we didn't send it back. However, I feel an establishment with "steak" in the name could do better. Sure, the cook on a steak could be a little off in a busy kitchen, but it was very well done and that is a far cry from medium rare."

"We hat a really good surf and turf. The meat was juicy and tasteful. The loaded mashed potatoes as a side can I highly recommend. Our service was kind, friendly and attentive. good price-performance ratio, particularly on Tuesdays."

"Food was spectacular. Service was a disaster. Our waitress was terrible. She did not pay attention. The orders were completely wrong. One waitress was sweeping all around us while we were trying to eat. My wife's food was served cold & wrong. Very terrible which is a true shame. This location was once truly wonderful. Now it has fallen so far. We literally had to go ask for help. Our server completely ghosted us for about 20 minutes. Some changes need to be made."
