"I live close and have been enjoying this location until today. Went to drive-through on a Wednesday, which was not too busy, but the guy who took our order seemed very nonchalant. Could not hear him saying anything. Did not check our order as I was in the rush. But when I got to my friend’s place, we were missing two meals. Later got went back and explained the situation. The girl seemed new and nervous which I could understand, so she went to the back to talk to her manager for approval because I asked for compensation of the missing meals. Then she came back and got it. OK. Never said an apology. I understand the girl was new and nervous, but I can see the manager in the back and she should have come out and apologized."
