"The coffee was good and the service ok. The room was too hot though and there was no outdoor seating. Edit: Added a star for the quick response from the owner. That means a lot."

"Beignets were good and beignets bites were ok. Service was sadly lacking. I placed the order on GrubHub and it said 10 mins wait which was not bad, 5 minutes in they let me know that my order was ready for pick-up and I went in, no one was at the counter or even around the front, 4 workers were all in the back, and it took them a minute to notice me, I told them I was there to pick up an order and they said they had none, when they checked what I assume is the spot they have for online orders they realized they had 4 tickets waiting. Probably all ignored like mine. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be ready. For my first time visiting PJ'S it was pretty disappointing."

"I got a loaded tea from here. I got one before and it was good so I came back for another one and this one has bristles/something in the bottom of it. I have a photo of the other one I had gotten before for comparison and I’m just very in happy. I tried to call the store and it never put me through to a real person. Whack. First photo is the first drink I got that was fine, the second is the bad drink. I just want a refund atp"

"Your crew at 10:50am today was busy, but very patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted since this was my first time here. The employees made the atmosphere very welcoming. Coffee is really good, bathrooms were cute and clean. Highly recommend as a stop from highway travel. Go here instead of Starbucks for sure!"

"Delicious frappé and desert. We try the souther wedding cake iced latte and the moka velvet ice, the last one is my favorite. The customer service is very good."
