"I have to work in Thomasville so usually when I'm leaving work and I need to eat something quick I ordered from thereAhead of time with the app so I can just go and pick my order up and leave and it is never done when I give them 30-40 minutes ahead of time and I always have to wait on my food."
"Possibly the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. We went through the drive-thru around 10:30 a.m. A colorful banner flashed on the menu board stating that they served breakfast until 11:00 a.m. I proceeded to order breakfast and the woman snapped that this Taco Bell doesn't serve breakfast at all. Instead, I order a veggie fiesta burrito without sour cream. Despite being the only customers at the store at all, we have to wait 10 minutes for her to bring it out to the car. Not only is my burrito ice cold, it is drenched in sour cream. And to top it off, the woman taking the order was an uncheerful curmudgeon who seemed like she really had preferred that we just not come through the drive-thru at all. She never once smiled nor did she greet us with a "Welcome to Taco Bell" or anything else. She just asked what we wanted to order. She then ordered us to pull up and wait. There was no "please," "thank you," or any customary manners. She then meandered to the car, glaring unfriendly the entire way. Between the unfriendly service, and feeling like I was being lied to about breakfast (why advertise it if you don't seve it) and the disgusting delivery of an incorrect order, I would never go back to this Taco Bell again. Thankfully, I don't have to live in the same town as this grouchy woman."
"I went through the drive through this afternoon around 6:45pm and I had 2 separate orders. The lady (her name was Tammy) taking my order was very rude and not polite at all. I did not have big orders at all, they were both under $15. The things I ordered were not complicated at all and Tammy seemed to be making fun of me for what was in the order. She seemed agitated and had an attitude with me the whole time. I was very polite about everything and got treated disrespectfully by the staff. I am very disappointed and do not plan to come back. It was a terrible experience."
"I have been in this Taco Bell (#32323) quite a few times over the years and I have always had a quick, efficient, and pleasureable experience every time. The person at the front counter is always ready to take my order. The sauce counter is always filled, ready, and always full on napkins. They even have the fabled Diablo sauce. Fast food Taco Bell heaven. Thanks for doing it right."
