"Even with the new facility, the workers are still just as bad. Terribly slow service! I placed an online order and was even 15 mins past the scheduled pick up time arriving but still had to wait another 20 minutes on top of that for my order to be done. One worker was walking around doing nothing while two young women were making sandwiches. There’s no organization. Basically if you want a sub, there will be an excessive wait. No matter day or time."
