"Chick-fil-A has gained its reputation for its flavorful sandwich. I have visited almost every store in Birmingham and beyond and cannot get my fill in all the years they have been in Birmingham. I have seen the sandwich go from 99cents up to over $5....and the crowds keep coming! So it must be good!!!"

"So disappointed and disgusting! I went here for lunch today trying to eat for the first time in 4 days , my fries were slightly cold , but I didn't pay that any mind or complain. I looked at my sandwich and said I could use some sauce, but opt out because I was hungry! After I took a bite out of it the bottom bun was sliding, so as I was opening my sandwich; low and behold a dang Beatle bug on my pickle! The kicker is that they seem not to care! I couldn't eat lunch because my money wasn't put back on my card and it will take 3 days to get there! Like what??? Poor service man just poor service!!! You could've offered something! I think I am completely done with this company!"
