"Play revamp this place it looks amazing. This is one of the nicer locations of Burger King that I've seen. They have done a tremendous job and everything looks absolutely amazing so, I know they're really proud of this place"

"Wow, I hated Burger King and I thought they were gone for good, there was a location in Trussville, gone. Oh, another one in Pelham, gone. Now that leaves the one in Hoover, but it's still there and I hope it does. The food is probably the only good part I liked about the restaurant back then, maybe I just didn't go inside enough to really tell my own thoughts. I remember the whopper looking so ugly being put together but this time, it actually looked like they put effort into making the food, with it tasting delicious as well. People say the chicken fries are not that good but it still is good, but even better with a sauce. Fries are as crunchy and potatoy as you can think. They had a new wrap item on the menu, wanted to try it out and it's only $2.99 which is pretty cheap and tasty."

"No one tried to assist me at the counter to order, I had to say excuse me, is anyone working up here? Waited 20 min only to receive cold food. I never got upset but did return the food. They weren't apologetic at all and the worst part was the GM, Tiffany did my refund and didn't say nothing. I will not be returning."

"This location takes absolutely forever to answer the drive thru, and to make your meal. No matter if there is a line, or you’re the only one there. If you think ordering online and having it ready to pickup when you get there is an option, think again, you’ll have to wait 15 minutes. Just an all around poorly managed location and has been since it opened. Disappointing"
