"Enjoyed the food after I had to send it back to be cooked some more. Afterwards, it was delicious. The atmosphere was much better than before. Didn't care for the loud music blasting. Much, much better this time. Will return."

"This has been the worst experience at Logan’s in my 20 plus years of living. Everything started off fine, we walked in and was seated promptly. The waiter was good, then things slowly started taking a turn for the worst. They were out of rolls and various steaks, which should have been a sign to run for the hills. However we stayed and soon began to regret that decision. We received no drink refills, my steak was still raw and it took over an hour to receive the check after we asked for it. The check was asked for at 4:45 because my boyfriend had to be at work at 6:00, which was about 15 mins away, which left plenty of time. We did not receive our check til 5:45.No one came to check on us or anything. I actually had to go find a manager in order to even be acknowledged. She had no explanation other than the system was down, but ironically others around us was able to checkout. All in all I do not recommend eating here at all unless you want to be left to fend for yourself. Nobody even offered us $5 off for our inconvenience but made sure they included the service charge. When you spend over $80 you expect for things to be better than this, especially with how the economy is. 0 stars if possible would be left."

"We thought it was nice we got in right away at 6:30 on a Friday. I saw right away why they were bare. We waited 15 minutes for our server to even greet us. We almost walked out because no one was even looking at us. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. She took our drink order and then all of a sudden she’s back at other tables taking orders and didn’t bring our drinks. I was understanding because I’ve been a server, but her service was just odd and very slow. She never brought straws. We asked for plates with our rolls and she said they had none. Our food was terrible. Bad lettuce, the mashed potatoes tasted rancid… my kids both left their food nearly untouched. My husbands salmon was slimy and cold. The server said the manager would only discount half of his meal. So disappointing because none of us ate really. We stopped at McDonald’s on the way home. I could see if it was one item, but for all four of us to push our plates aside, that’s an issue. I hate complaining, but nothing about our experience was even halfway decent. I actually have nothing positive to say. It’s hard to be understanding about the food service world… because when you spend over $80 before tip, you have bad service, and you still have to stop to get food on the way home… it’s not worth it, and families will not even bother anymore. Money is tight for us just like every other family, but we won’t waste our money at a place like this, and we likely won’t come back to even try it again."

"Service wasn't good. She didn't hover but we could have seen her more. The appetizer was amazing! It was the fried pickles, jalapeños, and onions in a bucket. Called and OPJ bucket. I ordered my steak med rare and I got rare. I usually eat med well done but go the other route when we eat out. It was so gross and under cooked for me I ended up not eating it. My husband got the 3 little meat loaf burgers and it is supposed to come with mashed potatoes and some other stuff on it and they put nothing on it. Couldn't even send it back cause we didn't see the waitress. Also waitress and bartender don't know what drinks they had or what the web site said they had. The online menu isn't accurate even if you choose the correct address. I checked online being that we are from Michigan and we were in Alabama we wanted to go prepared."
