"Never had a bad experience at any Taco Bell till tonight until the last few times I’ve been here and tonight was the cherry on top. There where so many tomatoes and lettuce in my food that was not supposed to have it, makes me wonder about the cleanliness the food is made on. Once getting to the window I was greeted with with nothing but sourness and bitterness from the drive through lady. After paying for my food I was told I HAD not asked but told I HAD to back my car up past the yellow pole. Guessing so it didn’t look bad it took them 10 minutes to make my food which some of was in correct sick as my steak burrito which I got lumps of beans instead of steak. If you have the gas and time I highly recommend taking the 5 minute drive to the Taco Bell in gardendale because you will get nothing but rudeness and bad quality food here. Wasn’t always this way but my past few times have been horrendous and it’s sad to see these new hires not care about customers or there jobs."

"Well I ordered a combo tonight and when I received my food it was very very sloppily made like things were just thrown on there, when I was handed my bag it was soaked with materials that came out and it was leaking and oozing food items. I thought to myself this must have been made by someone who was on drugs. Well I went to use the men's room and discovered a finished joint on the floor next to the toilet. Also the hand soap dispenser was totally in shambles."

"The food quality was just not the best when I ordered. The bowl I got was carelessly proportioned, being half-full of lettuce and somehow missing some ingredients. A taco my son got even had a hair strand in it. I'd suggest not coming back here as I until food service and quality greatly improves."

"I do not recommend this location. I was highly disappointed in the quality of food received. I paid $32.98 and received an order not even worth $10. Please take time to drive to the Southside or Forestdale location. My children noticed the half a scoop of meat on each taco. Please do better in the future!!!"

"This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Every time I have been they have messed up our order in more ways than one! When you go in to get it fixed you have everyone just standing around gossiping instead of actually working. The drive through time is just ridiculous and now I know why. I've been to several taco bells across several states and this one takes the cake for the worst one! They really need to get people in there that actually want to work instead of paying people to just stand around. They don't care about your food. They just throw it in the bag and say the hell with it. We won't be back and I will encourage everyone to avoid this place!"
