"Employees were VERY RUDE! Manager was rolling her eyes at me and other customers. We won a sneaker raffle and were standing outside for hours! All the MANAGER was saying was she was waiting on somebody. SEVERAL people went in the store and when we asked her what was going on, she was very rude and short every time She began to cry when her coworkers came in and was acting like she wasn’t extremely rude to us before hand. She also called somebody else to the store and portrayed as if we were going to harm her. Future reference… you have customers coming to spend A LOT of money and we just wanted a proper explanation which never came from THE MANAGER! We got HORRIBLE attitudes and were rushed out the store when the employees were late, not us. That is not good business… if it wasn’t for the raffle, none of us would have supported your business but sadly we can’t pick our pickup locations."
