"(TOLD ME TO READ OUT MY CARD NUMBER TO THEM BEFORE I EVEN TOLD THEM HOW I WAS GOING TO PAY) I came here to eat. I got a pizza and a footlong cookie and they were both cold. They also told me to read out my card info before i even told them how i was going to pay. They were very rude, told me they could not remake my food, unless we paid the full amount again, refused to give me a refund in cash when I paid in CASH. and overall was an hectic experience. DO NOT COME HERE"

"If you want a nightmare, buy your sub here! We usually order from Fultondale however there was a sports team there so we made the short drive to Gardendale. The 2 people making subs were the rudest. Most hateful. It seemed as if they were mad we were there. I ordered our food that was a toasted meatball, bmt and Philly steak. Ice cold. Cold meat, cold cheese, not melted at all. Gross. Pizza was cold, cheese not melted. $60 for 3 meals...trash and never again. Even after the terrible service thus far, I still leave a tip regardless. The person taking the payment quickly canceled it and said, "don't leave a tip, they'll keep it." Really unbelievable Gardendale Subway. You can do better."

"Paid $17 for footlong chicken bacon ranch. Bcuz the window is covered up where the meat and cheese are kept, not sure if I got pepper jack cheese on my sandwich. Went back to work to eat and found that my sandwich was strangely dry. Didn't taste any cheese melted. Sandwich guy was nice. Never seen a Subway with the meat and cheese window covered like that. Can't see what kinda meat/cheese is being served or what it looks like or how it's being handled, cleanliness, etc. Why hide?? Never going back."

"The food was expensive, the employees are rude. I left the store with a cold sandwich, even though it was toasted. I called the store to let them know there was hair in my food, and they hung up on me before the music even stopped, I called again and asked if they had hung up on me and they said, “yes.” I told them what i was upset about and they hung up again."

"Fresh bread always makes a difference. Fresh veggies make it better. I thought your meatballs used to be bigger, but they still taste good."
