"This location is exceptional at being slow no matter the time of the day. You can go in and be the only person in the lobby, it will still take 5-10 minutes to get a sandwich meal. Or even worse, place a mobile order and WAIT before heading to the restaurant to give them time to prepare your order- you will still have to wait an additional 5- 10 minutes- every time! But the worst part was when hair was entangled in my food yesterday. No hairnets, no gloves, no nothing. I did receive my refund and was offered food replacement-umm no thanks- but this location needs to do better. Patton Creek is always top-notch."
"After ordering 2 orders of 3 piece chicken with fries, didn't check inside of chicken, when bit into it, was not done on inside. I got nauseous. The cost for 2 meals was $20.00 plus. Didn't go back because of huge line with a riduculos maze of a car line and I couldn't have ate a replacement if I wanted. Could make someone seriously sick. Last time at a Chick-fil-a. Check your chicken before eating."
"Despite the recent negative reviews, I had to come on and give a HUGE shout out to the amazing service I received this past week. I pulled into the drive through for a spontaneous dinner because it had been a long and stressful day. After completing my order, the employee (Andrew) gave me my total and I reached into my bag for my wallet... which was NOT there. I frantically searched but had 0 cards in my bag. I did have some cash, so I counted in and happened to be $2 short. I mean, just $2 dollars. I figured maybe Chickfila would just waive it or something, but instead this employee pulls out his OWN wallet, and hands me $2 and says "Don't worry, I'll spot you." I was shocked at his kindness, and also felt so bad that I was taking his money!! Once I got to where I would pay with cash, I actually found a card I had stored in my car, so I was able to return his money to him. But I was just blown away by that act of kindness, and it meant so much to this frazzled mom in that moment. So, I wanted to share, and big shout out to ANDREW for exceptional service!! THANK YOU!"
"This is what my minis looked like when I opened them...like rats had been chewing on them! The bread had not been cut, just torn apart and some chicken pieces tossed on top. I've gotten minis here before with only two pieces of chicken instead of four, but this "takes the cake," which I would have rather eaten for breakfast instead of this mess. Do better Chick fil a!"
"Specifically chose to visit this location because of the usually consistent drive thru experience AND hot fresh Chicken sandwich. #1 meal to be exact. I had to wait forever in the one drive thru lane and the usual employee taking order and payment was not there. It was around 8 pm and many cars in line. Even the "my pleasure" spoken at the pickup window was terrible. Let me tell you the wait was not worth the food I received! The fries were very hot and delicious but the quantity was very small. Usually I can never finish my fries but finished them and was so disappointed I did not receive a full serving.. The very worst part was the chicken sandwich. It tasted bad, was rubbery and the crispy breaded was not there. I seriously had to force myself to eat half of it because I wouldn't have another chance to eat that night. If anyone has tried the new chicken sandwich from McDonald's that looks like a Chic-fil-A knock off then you know how bad it is. I am not kidding the sandwich from Chic-fil-A tasted just like the McDonald's one. Very disappointed."
