"Last night, I was surprised to see that the deli was still open because my children wanted subs and I thought the deli was closed. Only one guy was working at the time, so he had to make subs as well as help customers who wanted to purchase deli meat for sandwiches. As the line grew behind me, Kirby never looked rushed or frazzled and he found a way to greet everyone. He patiently made all 3 of my subs and somehow these were the best subs I've ever bought at Publix. Kirby is an exemplary employee and he should be recognized in whatever system Publix utilizes."
