"Never responds to messages and when they do it’s months later, I ordered a jacket back in January never got an update on what was going on with stock/shipping. Needed to change my shipping address as I was moving and it took weeks for a response with no update on my side of the order so I have no idea where it’s going. Finally told it’s shipped….over a month ago and no update, no tracking, still no clue where it’s headed because on my end of the order they still never changed my address like I requested and was told that it would be changed and no idea. Still waiting on my package almost 7 months later, not impressed at all very disappointed"

"I have been to this shop twice the first time everything came out great . Well just recently I took in two blankets one was a Kate spade blanket where I wanted my initials but on it as large as possible I’m the middle . Long story short the blanket was not done correct and it wasn’t like the paper that they have you review as to directions . The issue that I have is I called the acting manager said she would talk to whomever that does the monogramming and see what they could do to rectify what the did wrong. I never got a call so I called back was told basically there was nothing they can do I can think of several things you can do one at least act as if you cared you messed up my blanket, refund me ,give me a credit for the next blanket now I have to buy another blanket and get that done the way I actually desire so ultimately I have to spend more money. Customer service can be the difference of having a customer and having a returning customer Very disappointed as to how this was handled ....."

"Such a cute boutique!! Lots of cute clothes and accessories. The staff is super sweet and helpful! They have a great selection and clean fitting rooms to try stuff on! Love this shop!"

"Not only do they have really cute clothes at great prices, but they have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I normally hate to shop and have never felt comfortable asking for help or opinions and the ladies today not only were patient but made me feel very comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!!!"
