"The atmosphere was not good. When I pulled up and seen most of the lights off and employees going in and out of the doors I should have drove away. Service sucks! Told to bring the food back and they will give me my money back. The big issue was the food. I ordered a three piece and was given two legs, burned okra and burned bombers. The only thing worth having was the coke. They told me to pull down and order at the window instead of order box. I wouldn't trust my health to this group of individuals and this location. Churches don't change the name change the work culture and environment. Don't eat here until they do. Like the name states... your business sucks!"

"Worst customer service! Don't go!!! rush you with your order ! I don't have time to take anything back but some woman in drive way! Had the audacity to put water in my spicy rice. She charged me for a small but I said a large at the window and got mad upset when I went to the window to purchase. Baby girl you work at a restaurant TREAT Your customer with respect!!! Then you said you was gone charge my card a couple dollars then charged me $7 ?! You charged me twice for some watered done spicy rice. I don't appreciate that! "The workers need customer service training and proper food service training. They shouldn't be outside playing around then returning to prep food with the same gloves. 30 minutes only to get cold Or stale food every visit. How? Plus someone used my card number to order some food. I had to complete a dispute with my bank. With all due respect....shut this mofo down until everything is up to par."

"Update: 11/02/23 at 5:22 after another bad service called and spoke to the manager. Explained to her items are always missing out of the bag and when I ask for my food a certain way such as 2 thighs, they are not fixing it to my request. Her resolution is I need to check my food before I leave. I told her that her crew needs to fix the order as requested at the speaker. She said the only resolution is for me to check my food at the window. Requested a call from a higher manager or owner. The food is usually good. The problem is with the cashiers. Always check your bag because most times something is missing. If you ask for your drink a certain way, they still fix it how they want you to have it. I had an issue with one of the female cashiers a few weeks ago. She had to ask for help on how to put the coupon code in. I heard the whole conversation and never once did the manager say I needed to print it, but she had an attitude and told me I can’t give the code from the website any more I have to print it. Either way you have to enter the code because there’s no barcode on the coupons. So I called to the store and the manager said I don’t have to print the coupon. I visit here frequently but each visit gets worse"
