"This used to be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too around 3-4 years ago. They have been great and consistent lately. Glad to see it operating properly again."

"12/16/23 I was told to pull over to wait for fries to be cooked, and someone would bring my order to my car. I waited over 20 min noone came out. I went in to inquire about my order, and it was just sitting there with lukewarm fries and cold burgers. This is not the first time this has happened."

"The food is excellent but the Customer service is a little off. Now the women working the drive through are amazing. They did everything they could. But I ordered food online through the app. They lost my order and instead of helping me figure out what happened. The manager told me to just go back through the drive through and reorder Because she did not know where my order went. So I had to double pay for food because of their mess up. Best advice don't order through the app."

"There seems to be a good bit of confusion with the staff. They are friendly, and again this area is a very small part of town, that gets hit hard with rushes. For a small town, the main road, which this store is on, handles a very large volume of traffic during the rush hours."

"Hueytown Mcdonald's is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Floors are sticky, flies every where, cold food, and rude employees. My husband and I asked to speak with the manager and were told it would be 5 minutes before we could talk. We ended up waiting 15 minutes and the manager never once came out to talk to us. Also, never have we been looked in a hateful way by a manager!!!!!!!! Very disappointed and will not be doing any service with Hueytown Mcdonald's again."
