"If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The lady at the window with her blue an black braids was literally on the phone while it being up to her ear servicing me, She didn’t speak nor ask me how I was doing just very unprofessional. I ask for Mac a cheese once I got home I realize they gave me fries instead, they were also out of tea. I just really hate fast food businesses that doesn’t take pride in they’re job, Just really there clocking up hours for a paycheck, if you don’t wanna work, why even come? Tf."

"My experience with this KFC was horrible. The manager and cashier was very rude. The girl swiped my card multiple times causing my card company to deny the charge after it being swiped so many times. I proceeded to tell and show the cashier that a charge was indeed taking off my card and she was not interested In what I had to say. I did not receive any food because they said that my card showed declined on their end. I checked my card today and it clearly show a charge from KFC and they refuse to give me back my money. I will never go to another KFC ever, especially the one in Hueytown Alabama."

"I placed an order online just a little while ago and I go to pick it up just to be told that one of the things that I ordered online they do not even have in the store and it says on the screen online that they have to confirm the order in the store so the order was confirmed by whoever received it without informing us that they did not have any pot pies and I get to the window and she says we don't have any pot pies then proceeds to stand there and look at me without offering a solution or anything. Not to mention three of the employees were standing outside in the parking lot when I pulled up so just a heads up if you order online you might get your order confirmed just to be told they don't have what you ordered. Then I get home and the chicken looks like this.... Change your grease!!! Then I go to take everything out and see the sides have 2 bowls for some reason then I notice why.... Don't even have the decency to put it in a good bowl, just put the broke bowl in another bowl, way to go."

"Needs new management! We came at 6pm and was told they are cleaning the grease and it would be a 16 minute wait. I told her that was fine and I would wait. At first she assumed I wouldn't wait and didn't really listen to me. Then she seemed like she was trying to talk me out of ordering. I was told they couldn't do crispy or that would take even longer. I set my alarm for 18 minutes to give them a little extra time. We waited and watched several other cars get their orders. 35 minutes later we finally got our order. I have worked in restaurants before and we always cleaned grills or grease during down time or slow hours..not during dinner rush. The chicken looks either like it's burnt or they didn't even clean the grease at all. After reading other reviews it appears that this has been an on going problem. I could see several people working and they didn't appear short handed at all. Apparently they want to get paid but not work. I haven't been there in a while but can see why they never have many customers anymore while the other drive throughs are packed. How is a business supposed to make money if they aren't prepared to make chicken during busy hours and workers would rather sit around doing nothing? I really hope the franchise owner sees this and other reviews. It should give a clear perspective why revenue is down!"
