"My husband and I really enjoyed the customer service, the atmosphere, and the food. The customer service was amazing. They are very attentive to their customers. Even while sitting down and eating ee saw how they're so very well welcoming and cheerful with their other customers. They make it feel homey. The price for the proportions of food is great as well. I got a three piece tender meal with Cajun fries and I have two chicken tenders to take home because I got full. (And I eat a lot) The chicken tenders are big. Flavors were great. My husband got the 10 piece wing meal and he enjoyed it. The price was good too. Nevertheless the customer service was awesome so we'll definitely be going back. Birmingham is full of terrible customer service so we'll definitely put our cash where there's good customer service and good food."
"The food is usually decent, my main complaint is just how much you get for the price. I feel like you get more fries in a small from McDonald’s."
"It’s cheap, which is great. You get what you pay for. Sadly, I wasn’t even able to eat my meal it was so bad. The mild wings are water and ketchup poured over a mediocre chicken wing. If you’re looking for a cheap meal, you’ll have better luck at McDonald’s."
