"I ordered a timed delivery with over an hour lead time. I called ten minutes after it was supposed to be here, and got a very rude young lady that would only say that they 'are busy' despite the online tracker stating that they're less busy than usual. I had a timed order for a reason, and now I will have to leave as soon as my food arrives and won't get to eat."

"This is the worst pizza we have ever had. It's was cold and very wrong we ordered light cheese. It wasn't light cheese this was so bad nasty tasting pizza. Don't eat here this place sucks.EZ cheese that's what the receipt says right that's not LIGHT CHEESE somebody needs to teach these folks what light cheese is."

"We started eating here about 4 or 5 months ago and honestly there has only been once that my pizza was too greasy but it was thin crust so maybe that's why. Other than that it has been really good every time we order. Reading most of these reviews I'm shocked because this is one of the best pizza huts I've eaten at and one of 5 places I will eat at downtown (so far). We sometimes ate here as many as 3 times in a week just because we knew it would be good vs the risk of paying $40 for food that we can't eat. Maybe don't get delivery if that seems to be an issue but I order online and go pick it up, most I have to wait is maybe 10 15 minutes if something isn't ready."

"Pizza was raw and uncooked. individual pieces of mozzarella strands were visible and the crust was white/yellow. It happens and it was my fault for not checking the pizza immediately when I picked it up. The next day, I call in to talk about this pizza with the manager and the manager starts arguing with me over the phone. She insinuates Im making things up and says I need to bring the pizza back to get a new one made. Make it make sense. I pay money, pick up the pizza, drive all the way home late at night, and they expect me to drive all the way back and leave everyone hungry. I would’ve been better off microwaving a frozen pizza for the quality I got. Anyways, she argued with me and I took my loss on this meal. Lesson learned: always check your food before you leave, especially at this trash Pizza Hut location. Trust the low ratings at this location"

"Will not be ordering anything from this place ever again. This is how my wings were delivered. I refused the remake and is waiting on a refund. This was delivered to me around 9:00 pm. Now you tell me if you think the wings fell out the box. Then when I called the store to complain about the girl who answered was very unapologetic, did not apologize at all and said the delivery driver would have to come back and get all the wings before I could get a refund so i asked her how long would it be and she could not give be a time a frame mind you it’s already 9:00pm. So i offered to just bring them to the store. When i got to the store the same girl did not greet me or nothing and still did not apologize. She did roll her eyes and took the wings to the back which i don’t care because i don’t pay little kid games. Nevertheless, customer service is trash and I don’t see this location lasting long at all. Order at your own risk."
