"The staff is very kind & are great conservationist. BUT for at least 6 months the drive through speaker has been INCREDIBLY difficult to understand the baristas. I imagine they also have a hard time hearing/understanding on there end. $6+ for a drink is too much money to recieve the wrong order. I can’t blame the barista but fully think their equipment needs fixing! Disappointing management has allowed it to go on this long."

"My first experience with PJ’s Coffee, I went through the drive-thru, it was quick and friendly, and Amanda was patient with me and my questions about drinks. I ended up getting the Peach Palmer. Goodness, it’s delicious. I was feeling ready for a summer picnic. The girls at the window were friendly too. It’s good to have a friendly team, and it makes me want to come back. My only complaint is too much ice, so I’ll ask for less. :) Worthy of 5 Stars, I’ll pass the good word to my friends to come by."
