"This place is a complete dump of a store. Clothes are everywhere and staff has no idea how to do anything. Please fix it."

"Store is never cleaned. The floors look like something has been spilled and never cleaned up. The staff has no customer service training, act uninterested in their job, and clearly don’t clean anything in the store. It’s always a mess! Someone needs to help this place!"

"At the moment the store is a bit of a mess. Theres a lot of stuff everywhere. On the flip side though the sale section is amazing right now there is so much there! And the lady behind the counter was super kind it did not feel like a robot was helping me."

"I took my kids in to buy some back to school clothes. There of course was not one sales associate on the floor. Once we approached the check out line, there were 15 people in-line and two cashiers. One left…the one cashier was totally oblivious to the line of people, chatting like he had nothing better to do. Fast forward: 30 minutes later. We finally get to the checkout. The cashier puts our clothes in a clear paper thin trash liner that has been cut with way to hold it other than holding it with two hands. I spent 200.00. Never will I take my kids there again."

"Where do I start? The clothing looked like a bad Steinmart store. The selections were just horrible. Buying team need fashion sense. Staff were semi ok. They were not too attentive and seemed preoccupied with their work, not really caring too much for customers. Now the cleanliness...I would have happily cleaned the place. Horrible. You could tell it's been a LONGTIME Overdue."
