"Love most mellow mushroom restaurants, was so excited about this opening! But disappointed half the time our custom order is messed up and then ordered pretzel bites which is usually great at most locations but they come out SO burnt it’s just money wasted and we had to toss. The staff/management is nice but it’s just frustrating I never know how the order will work out at this location and busy nights is worse, less order mix ups on slow days I’m noticing. Never had issues at other locations in Atlanta, Florida or Arkansas locations."
"This was a very good experience, there was good parking, and the staff greeted you at the door. The server was pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. We had pizza, the toppings were very good but the thick crust was a little chewy, the server said that it was made with molasses. They do have thin crust. I will go back."
