Domino's Pizza

"Tried to use my FREE Emergency Pizza offer but the app would not all me to do so at this location. I called the store to ask if something was going on and was told that the owner had elected to withdraw from the promotion. WOW, how nice! So what is the point of running all these commercials and promotions on tv and internet (still now) if locations can choose to BAIL OUT of this? It doesn't seem right! UPDATE: So after the owner replied I followed their instructions ( PLEASE EMAIL US) and did just what they suggested, I sent an email to the address provided. Now here it is a week later and NOT ONE REPLY OR RESPONSE. So you take the time to respond and give directions and for what....NOTHING!!!"

"Order of 20 pizzas placed yesterday at 10:45 a.m. for pick up today at 3 p.m. Got there at 3:04 - was told that they hadn’t even started our order yet because they had been slammed all day. And that there were other orders before us! Others before us placed over 24 hours ago - don’t think so!!! Supervisor Brennan was very rude slammed the pickup window in our face and wouldn’t give us a time that they could have them ready! Obviously timely customer service should not be an expectation at this location!!!"

"Just got the most awesome pizza tonight! The toppings were plentiful and the crust was cooked to perfection! The bottom was not all flimsy but wasn't cooked too long and the pizza wasn't doughy tasting. Thumbs up to whoever prepared my pizza (Donald I think)."

"Always an issue. Took a few months break from Dominos due to this location. Tried again since I had my nieces over. I received a cheese pizza that burned the kids and my lips(i tried it to be sure) I am 99% sure that they used jalapeño covered gloves to prepare our cheese pizza and ruined it for these children. I don't appreciate it at all. Edit: Really insane you expect me to email suggestions to earn 5 stars on my next order rather than offering to make this order right when no one answers the phones there(changed from 2 stars to 1 based on your response). Thanks for the generic response and not caring if quality was assured, will be contacting corporate. There will absolutely not be a "next order" I'd rather make homemade pizza or buy frozen so I can ensure the children can enjoy it. (Not from scottsboro) You want my advice? SLOW DOWN. QUALITY SHOULD COME BEFORE QUANTITY. "I placed our order online. I drove 18 minutes to pick our pizza up. It had not even been put in the oven to bake when I got there to pick the pizza up. I was told to park and wait for our pizza, I did just that. I got home with our dinner to find that 1 of our pizzas wasn't made right. The onions were left off of our pizza. To pay $18.24 and the pizza not be made right is frustrating."
